What makes it different to our other cycle classes?

This isn’t your average cycle class—it’s a full-body workout designed to:

✅ Enhance overall body composition

Why try it?

SPRINT packs a punch is 30 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a spin bike, delivering quick results. Think of it as a turbocharged workout that gets your heart racing and your muscles burning. It's tough but totally worth it, and it won't wreck your body (science backs that up!).

Saturday 1st February we’re holding two classes each followed by catch up with the team in our Party Corner, with a yummy spread made by our Café team.

What to bring

A drink bottle, sweat towel – you’ll need them! 

Cycling cleats are not mandatory and whilst they help you ride faster your usual gym shoes will do the job just fine!

Times

Class 1 is at 8:30am
Class 2 is at 1pm
We ask that participants arrive 15 minutes early to set up their bike and get ready to ride!

Bookings

We ask that all members book the class through the app or the live timetable, using the link below!
